PayPal or Credit Card is our preferred method of payment for international orders.
BANK TRANSFER: which takes 2-3 working days to confirm? We start Production after payment confirmation.

Express production fee applies to only production time not shipping.

For braided wigs, it takes 3-4 weeks for client to receive order, except for READY TO SHIP wigs, which ships out the next working day.
Other products on the website, we ship the next working day. Tracking numbers are sent to client once the order is shipped.
We do not ship on weekends/holidays.

Our wigs are carefully made with human hair base so they last from 2years and above, because of their base you can restyle them.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction for our products and are convinced that you will love what you get but, in rare cases, when a client gets the wrong style or color, exchanges are accepted provided the client does not breach any of the following terms and conditions:-
-All orders must be returned in the original packaging state and lace not cut or tempered, wig not used.
-All exchanges/ complains must be made within 72 hours (3days) of recorded client receipt.
-Exchange is made available for products of equal value.
-Customized wigs CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
-We do not accept refund.
N:B-Wig style can be changed by the client 24hours of making an order otherwise, the style cannot be changed again.

This is not common, We always meet up with the express production time but, if we don’t meet up with d express production time paid for, customer will be refunded only d additional fee meant for the express production and wig shipped at the standard processing time
