We guarantee 100% satisfaction for our products and are convinced that you will love what you get but, in rare cases, when a client gets the wrong style or color, exchanges are accepted provided the client does not breach any of the following terms and conditions:-
-All orders must be returned in the original packaging state and lace not cut or tempered, wig not used.
-All exchanges/ complains must be made within 72 hours (3days) of recorded client receipt.
-Exchange is made available for products of equal value.
-Customized wigs CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
-We do not accept refund.
N:B-Wig style can be changed by the client 24hours of making an order otherwise, the style cannot be changed again.
