Let me start by saying that this company has SUPERB customer service! I had been wanting a full lace braided wig for quite some time and took a chance with ordering from Citi Beauty World with absolutely no regrets! My Isioma wig is flawless! FLAWLESS! I requested that they add some white accessories into some of my braids (not to mention that they really did not have to honor my request), but they went above and beyond and over exceeded my expectations and added the accessories! ALL I CAN SAY IS ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I recieved my wig today, have not applied it yet but included pictures of it straight out the bag. Looks just like my real hair braided! I was very impressed with this wig. The craftsmanship was spot on and the braiding was very neat. The wig has some weight, but nothing that will topple you over. It’s balanced. The elastic strap helped. Communication with Kehinde was prompt. It took 9 days for wig preparation and shipping speed was reasonable. Overall, very impressed. Customer service was On point I receive my braids on time the braids were clean and full but feel light weight on the head I will buy from them again but I just wish they had options where you can choose your braid size from small to jumbo But either than that service was on point

Hello this is Miss Robbins and I would like to tell you about this unit One thing it came on time and beautiful package the braids were all in place and I am an eighth grade teacher and when my kids seen my hair they was telling me your hair is so beautiful mrs Robbins and my coworkers just couldn’t believe how beautiful and neatly the brains were they asked me who did your hair at me being real I’m like girl this is a unit if you don’t know where the unit is it a wig but I only told some of them but I got compliments and compliments are you even went to the family reunion and everybody was giving me company so thank you very much for the way you did my unit Citi outluuk beanauty word oh yeah one more thing I was so pleased with this unit I have ordered another one and it will be here Monday, 6 June thank you can’t wait to this one come and I will tell you about that one thank you again Mrs Robbins

I’m so in love with my unit. The shipping was expected and it was worth the wait. The braid are so neat, the parting looks natural, the braids are not heavy and the overall look is fabulous. I normally wear braids 3 times a year and spend $180 every time and sit in a chair for 4-5 hours each time. My unit was worth it and it looks so natural on I can pin it back put it up or just wear it down. I’m ready to purchase again I love citibeautyworlds work!!!

This is the best braided wig I’ve ever owned, and I own 4. After seeing ifancycupcakes unit on YouTube, I had to have one of my own. Great choice, and great investment! It looks VERY natural and more important, it’s lightweight!
My only complaint is the color of the lace. It’s nearly white, and while it works for the rest of my scalp, it makes blending in the hairline tough. Also, the “sparse” baby hairs were still quite full to me, but I trimmed them off. I’ll figure out what to do with the hairline. Anyway, I’m very pleased and I’m about to search for my next unit!
